ARRIVAL
Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time. For 30-40 minutes, the specialist can refuse to provide the service in full according to the declared record.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation.
GUARANTEE
Latélle is fully responsible for the services provided by our specialists and guarantees the highest quality. If the gel coating is damaged, we will investigate and offer a convenient time to replace the coating.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation puts a smile on our faces, so does mutual understanding for each other’s time of the day. Please inform us in advance to cancel / reschedule your appointment. Your early notification will grant access to an appointment for another valued client on our wait-list.

First timer customer
In order to make the next appointment, you need to pay 100% of the amount of services if you canceled or rescheduled on the day of the visit, and make a prepayment of 100% for the planned visit.
Regular customer (from 3 visits)
To make your next appointment, you must pay 100% of the total amount of services if you canceled or rescheduled on the day of the visit.

REFUSAL OF SERVICES
The specialist has the right to refuse to provide services, in case if:● threatens his health;● threatens the client's health;● is beyond her/his competence.
